On Wednesday 16 November, L&Q will launch their exclusive Black Friday incentives across a selection of their sites.
Giving buyers fantastic opportunities to step onto the property ladder through Shared Ownership, L&Q is offering a £500 John Lewis Voucher, a reduced reservation fee of £99, and exclusive development cost contributions to customers who reserve a selected home before 30 November, the start of the offers coinciding with both Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

The government-backed scheme allows purchasers to buy a percentage share of the property and pay rent on the remaining portion. Only requiring a deposit and mortgage to cover the share they are purchasing, the buying option has helped hundreds of thousands of first-time buyers onto the property ladder - and is set to help even more following the end of the Help to Buy scheme.

At this development, from 16 – 30 November, buyers can receive up to £6,000 towards buying costs on all available homes. Ready to move in now, the development forms part of the wider Queen’s Quarter masterplan, which, once complete, will deliver 513 homes and 13,000 sq ft of retail and commercial space in Croydon. Across the capital in East London, L&Q in Beam Park offers a new collection of one-, two- and three-bedroom homes through Shared Ownership in Rainham.
