Lovell Homes is hosting events for house-hunters in Stourbridge and Coven, Staffordshire this coming weekend...

Lovell Homes is setting up a busy two days at developments across the West Midlands region this coming weekend.

The housebuilder will be opening the doors for Staffordshire property seekers at the brand new ‘Oxley’ dormer bungalow show home at its Saredon Gardens development in Coven on Saturday 31 October, by appointment only for a dedicated time with the sales executive and tour.

The ‘Oxley’ is a two-bedroom property which benefits from all the single-storey features of a traditional bungalow, as well as the added bonus of an upstairs with a bedroom and en suite. On the ground floor, there’s one bedroom, a family bathroom two storage cupboards, and a contemporary, open-plan living/dining/kitchen room, fully-fitted with a Zanussi fridge-freezer and single oven and hob, alongside French doors leading onto the turfed and fenced rear garden.

Only two of the spacious ‘Oxley’ style homes are available, priced at £259,950 and with the added bonus of fitted flooring throughout.

Saredon Gardens is a collection of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom homes in the characterful village of Coven with its own local amenities, including a post office, hairdressers, bakery and butchers. The area also houses a number of schools for children of all ages.

Coven is ideally located near to the upcoming i54 site, just off the M54 motorway and home to Jaguar Land Rover’s engine factory and 100 acres of industrial floor space, creating over 1,700 new jobs to the city.

Ideally located for commuters, Saredon Gardens has excellent commuter links with Bilbrook and Penkridge train stations both less than five miles away, offering direct routes to Stafford, Wolverhampton and Birmingham New Street, as well as connecting routes to London Euston. Just a short walk away are bus stops taking residents to Stafford and Wolverhampton.

Station HouseHouse-hunters in the Stourbridge area are invited to book a visit to the Station House development, where an open weekend is taking place on Saturday 31 October and Sunday 1 November.

People attending will have time with a dedicated sales executive and a tour of the recently opened show apartment. There will also be an Independent Financial Adviser on-hand via telephone to answer any queries buyers may have about purchasing a brand new home at Station House.

The former Stourbridge police station has been renovated into 31 one- and two-bedroom apartments, including unique mezzanine and penthouse apartments, with no two plots being the same.

To mark the occasion, Lovell Homes is offering a £2,000 tech package with the reservation of selected homes at the event, including an iPad, smart TV and much more.

Current availability includes a range of one-bedroom apartments in Constable House, priced from £130,000. These properties benefit from generous, open-plan kitchen/dining/living rooms, complete with integrated appliances of a fridge freezer, single oven, four-burner ceramic hob, slimline dishwasher and washer dryer. A double bedroom, family bathroom and storage areas complete the homes, alongside an off-road parking space, providing each resident with plenty of space.

Station House’s homes have been built with many of the original police station features from the 1900s remaining, including the striking external blue doors and ceiling of the old courtroom. Former police cells have even been converted into apartments.

Situated in the heart of Stourbridge, the development is surrounded by amenities including supermarkets and Merry Hill shopping centre, home to major high street shops, restaurants and more. It’s also in good proximity to Birmingham, Dudley and Wolverhampton, with excellent transport links and a nearby train station making Station House ideal for commuters.

The government-backed Help to Buy scheme is available on the apartments at Station House.
