Lovell Homes will be welcoming keen property seekers to its brand new Foxglove Meadows development in Weston-super-Mare this weekend, with two show homes set to open their doors.

Foxglove Meadows is a collection of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes located off Woodside Avenue near to the village of Hutton, will a choice of home types suited for first-time buyers, growing families and downsizers alike.

The three-bedroom ‘Bronte’ and four-bedroom ‘Tennyson’ style show homes will be open by appointment for qualified prospective purchasers only on Saturday 3, Sunday 4 and Monday 5 April, where keen house-hunters will be able to spend dedicated time with the sales executives and have a private tour of the professionally dressed houses.

Both show house interiors have been thoughtfully designed by Sunrise Interiors, making the properties feel inviting and homely as soon as visitors step over the threshold.

Claire Gillard, director at Sunrise Interiors, said: “Foxglove Meadows is close to the stunning Mendip Hills and the Strawberry Line attraction, a wonderful 10-mile cycling route, both of which influenced our designs for nature and cycling-themed children’s rooms.

‘Bronte’ The ‘Bronte’

“For the three-bedroom ‘Bronte’ show home we used muted pink and latte tones to create a very calm and understated interior, whereas the four-bedroom ‘Tennyson’ show home incorporates linen grey with citrus tones for a pop of colour. Once you step inside, you don’t want to leave!”

The ‘Bronte’ and ‘Tennyson’ both feature generous open plan kitchen/dining rooms with integrated appliances and French doors leading out to the enclosed rear gardens. Their ground floors benefit from large living rooms, cloakrooms and storage cupboards, providing ample amounts of space to enjoy and utilise. The ‘Tennyson’ also boasts French doors to the living room and a designated study, perfect for working from home.

Upstairs in each property are three or four spacious bedrooms, family bathrooms and additional storage cupboards. Bedroom one in both features a private en suite for an added luxurious appeal, with the ‘Tennyson’ also including fitted wardrobes.

Foxglove Meadows is situated close to Weston-super-Mare’s town centre, which features a range of high street stores, independent shops and cafés for residents to enjoy. The development also benefits from stunning countryside and coastal walks, with Royal Sands and Uphill beach and the Mendip Hills, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, both nearby.

Ideal for commuters, Foxglove Meadow is easily accessible by road and train, with Weston-super-Mare railway station a little over two miles away. Bristol is only 30 minutes away by train, and the M5 motorway is less than five miles away, meaning Taunton and Exeter are closeby.

A selection of three- and four-bedroom homes will be released for sale on the launch weekend.

Until the launch, Foxglove Meadows is selling off-plan from Lovell Homes’ nearby Keepers Gate development, which is open by appointment only, from 10.00am to 5.00 pm seven days a week.
