First-time buyers will be able to make a move to Crown Meadows using the new version of the government-backed Help to Buy: Equity Loan scheme, launching in April 2021. This requires buyers to provide a 5% deposit, with the remaining amount made up of a 75% mortgage and a 20% equity loan, which is interest free for the first five years. The new scheme will see regional price caps brought into effect, with the scheme available on homes in the East of England priced up to £407,400.

Subject to build stage, the properties at Crown Meadows are available to customise upon reservation with Lovell Homes’ Inspirations range, allowing homeowners to start adding personal touches before their home is complete. With a wide variety of standard finishes and upgrades to select from for every room of the property, buyers can choose the kitchen, flooring, tiling and more.

Situated in the quiet village of Newton St Faith, Crown Meadows is located less than seven miles from the centre of Norwich, and just over 20 miles away from the North Norfolk coast and the Norfolk Broads.
