Keith OsborneLondon Square is offering some good incentives across two of its developments, one in south-east London and the other in Surrey.

Jo McDonagh, sales and marketing director of multiple WhatHouse? Awards winner London Square, with developments across greater London, said: “Help to Buy and the Stamp Duty holiday have encouraged many people to make the move. With the pandemic changing the way people live and work and with Brexit delivered, there continues to be significant demand from people wanting to move to a larger home and in a location offering a good lifestyle and we expect that to continue.
“We want to encourage buyers for the four-bedroom family homes at Tadworth Gardens, with five available for this offer, who would have qualified for Help to Buy and made a saving from the Stamp duty holiday, as we believe people are looking for all the financial help they can get. We have had excellent levels of interest from people keen to move out of London for a larger home, a private garden and be close to green spaces. The offer of mortgage paid for a year, combined with a professionally designed and landscaped garden, are really attractive and provide an extra incentive.
“At London Square Bermondsey, we are appealing to a different market, buyers who want to make the most of living in the capital by choosing a great place to live, with interesting independent shops, bars, and restaurants, cultural attractions and riverside walks and parks all within walking distance. Again, their decision will be influenced by the pandemic and will resonate with people who want to be able to work from home and stay local, with the option to walk, cycle or run to the office when people return to their desks, when the vaccine roll-out makes this possible. We have five remaining apartments in The Crosse Building and again, we believe that a financial incentive will make a big difference to people.”
