A Month Of Events At Croydon Development

WhatHouse? Award-winning developer London Square will be hosting a series of events throughout February at its London Square Croydon development. The events will be located in the sales suite at the development. 

Events taking place:

Saturday 4 February 

12pm - 4pm: Mortgage Workshop with Knight Frank Finance to discuss different mortgages available, including those exclusive to new build homes

4pm - 6pm: Live Music with local busker, Josh Robinson

Thursday 9th February

5.30pm - 7.30pm: Cocktail masterclass with Mr Fox

Situated in the heart of Surrey Street Market, Mr Fox is an independent restaurant and cocktail bar. The name is derived from the Roald Dahl novel Fantastic Mr Fox. During this masterclass you’ll learn how to master one of their most popular bespoke cocktails.

Thursday 16th February

5.30pm - 7.30pm: Botanical Tile-Making Workshop

Local artists Sasha Tishkov and Ola Hincapie will help you learn the art of botanical tile making using traditional methods and botanical textures. Botanical plants will be sourced from the local area. Materials will be supplied. Sweet treats will also be provided from nearby independent café Matthew’s Yard.

Thursday 23rd February

5.30pm - 7.30pm: Art workshop with First Floor Space 

First Floor Space is a local artist-led community organisation. They provide art workshops, artist residency programmes, community arts partnerships, events and exhibitions across Croydon. During this workshop founder Charlie Henson will help you develop your drawing and painting skills. Whether you’re a beginner or the next Picasso, all levels will be catered for. You will have the opportunity to draw ready made images as well as real life objects. Materials will be supplied. A selection of delicious cookies will be provided from Boxpark resident Cookie People.
