Homebuyers Event This Weekend At Croydon Development

According to an independent analysis by property intelligence company Dataloft, research has revealed that Croydon is shaping up to have exceptional property price growth, fuelled by its status as a top 10 business location for tech company start-ups. A 14 minute train journey from Croydon to London Bridge or Gatwick makes it one of the best connected commuter destinations. Dataloft's report shows that central Croydon has seen a 24% five-year price growth, compared to 13% in inner London. The town has more green space than Wimbledon or Bexleyheath. Croydon was also named as one of the best areas to buy in London in the Evening Standard's 2022 list.
The research was commissioned by London Square as it unveils its stylish scheme of 108 apartments in a striking 20-storey building with panoramic views over the capital. London Square Croydon will also feature a stylish new public square with shops, cafes and restaurants.

Prices at London Square Croydon start from £358,000 for a one-bedroom apartment, £485,000 for a two-bedroom apartment and £600,000 for a three-bedroom apartment. Homes will be ready to move into from 2023.
