Housebuilder Seeing Strong Interest In Nottingham Homes

Posted 21 July 2021 by Keith Osborne

A wide range of buyers has been contacting Linden Homes about the two- to five-bedroom homes at Edwalton Fields...

First-time buyers, young professionals and families have been enquiring “in droves” about the latest phase of homes released at a housebuilder’s location in Nottinghamshire, says Linden Homes.

Edwalton Fields, which is a short drive from Nottingham’s vibrant city centre, has a new collection of two- to five-bedroom homes under the Linden Homes brand. Work is currently underway on the 137 properties, which includes affordable housing. A timber play area, a multi-use games area for ball sports and hedgehog highways will also be introduced at the location.

House-hunters can visit the development, which also boasts a range of properties from Bovis Homes, on an appointment-only basis and can take advantage of a number of purchase assistance schemes. These include Home Reach, which allows home buyers to purchase selected properties on a part-buy-part-rent basis, and Smooth Move, which makes the process of selling your old property easier.

Louise Macrae, regional marketing manager, said: “We are delighted to have launched the fourth phase of homes at Edwalton Fields and, with the introduction of the Linden Homes brand to the development, bring more choice to home buyers.

“The development, which has already built a wonderful community, is well located with impressive green open space on its doorstep, local amenities nearby and easy access to all Nottingham has to offer – it’s hardly surprising that this development continues to prove so popular.”

Two show homes, the three-bedroom ‘Rowan’ and five-bedroom ‘Lutyens’, are due to open late summer. Styled by award-winning interior design team Lifestyle Interiors, the ‘Rowan’ home will embrace the Scandi trend while the ‘Lutyens’ home will incorporate a modern industrial feel.

Edwalton Fields, just off the A606 into Nottingham, boasts excellent travel links for commuters. Edwalton Golf Centre and Rushcliffe Leisure Centre are based in the village and there is a popular selection of Ofsted-rated ‘Outstanding’ and ‘Good’ schools nearby.

Prices start at £244,995. Find out more at www.lindenhomes.co.uk.
