Show Home Now Available To View In East Grinstead

Housebuyers in West Sussex can now view a new show home which has been unveiled in East Grinstead.

Vistry Group has opened the four-bedroom ‘Cottingham’ detached show home at Linden Homes’ Manor View development, off Turners Hill Road.

The housebuilder is delivering 100 new homes at the development including 70 one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom houses and one- and two-bedroom apartments for private sale and 30 affordable homes available for local people through rent or Shared Ownership. Construction started on site in autumn 2021 and so far, 17 homes have been reserved by homebuyers. Work is scheduled for completion next summer.

The ‘Cottingham’ show home features an open-plan kitchen/dining/family room at the back of the house, with a large living room to the front, as well as a study and a utility room. Four bedrooms, including two with en suite facilities, are found upstairs.
