Digital Open House In Market Harborough This Weekend
Linden Homes is hosting a digital Open House event on Saturday 1 August to showcase the final homes for sale at its development in Market Harborough.
The event will enable house-hunters to take a virtual tour of three different house styles at Ashton Rise from the comfort of their own living room. There’s currently a range of four- and five-bedroom houses starting from £390,000 at this development, which is located off Lubenham Hill.
The online event will also include a ‘meet the expert’ webinar-style session in which an independent financial advisor will provide advice and information about the house buying process, and an opportunity for participants to have their questions answered by the Linden Homes team.
Hannah Dorner, sales manager for Ashton Rise, said: “We’re really looking forward to holding our digital open house event, the first of its kind to be hosted from the Ashton Rise development.
“Although our sales office and show home is open for viewings by appointment only, social distancing measures mean we would have to restrict the number of people we could invite to an open event taking place at the site. We have therefore decided to host the event online to give unlimited numbers of people the opportunity to find out more about the fantastic selection of homes that are available here.”
The event will take place between 11.00am and 12.30pm on Saturday 1 August. Linden Homes is also offering a free family garden barbecue and furniture package to anyone who reserves a home during the weekend, which includes a gas barbecue and a full range of garden furniture including a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table and a parasol.
