Cash Back Offer At Lincolnshire Development

House-hunters in Lincoln are being offered a £5,000 cash gift if they reserve a home at Bracebridge Manor before the end of February 2021.

Interest has been strong at the Linden Homes development in Bracebridge Heath: the show home, which was launched virtually just a few weeks ago, has already been sold, along with a number of other properties.

The housebuilder – part of Vistry Group – is now offering £5,000 cash back to purchasers who complete at the development by 28 February 2021 (subject to terms and conditions).

Sales manager Louise Graham said: “The interest in this development has certainly gathered pace in recent weeks and we know that there are many people out there who are keen to move.

“Not only are we helping them in a safe and secure way, adhering to all the Covid-19 restrictions, but offering cash back which the buyer can choose to spend however they wish; this could be towards soft furnishings or garden planting for their new home.”

Bracebridge Manor comprises 102 two-, three- and four-bedroom homes. Designs will include the four-bedroom ‘Pembroke’, complete with spacious lounge, open-plan dining-room and kitchen, and a study – perfect for working from home. The Home Exchange (formerly Part Exchange) and Smooth Move (formerly Assisted Move) schemes are available.
