Two Pairs Of Show Homes Launched In Tyne & Wear
House-hunters in Tyne & Wear now have two new sets of show homes to investigate at developments in the county.
Ellison Grove is a Personna Homes site in Hebburn featuring homes with contemporary stylings, large windows and open plan living throughout. Priced from £207,500, the mix of 159 two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom houses are close to the A19 and benefit from great transport links, including the Metro and excellent local bus routes.
The two new show homes are the four-bedroom ‘Wardley’ and the three-bedroom ‘Norwood’ which, like all house types at Ellison Grove, offer more space than traditional new build homes. Both homes also come with Zanussi kitchen appliances and Twyford bathroom fittings as standard, with the Norwood including a turfed and fenced rear garden ready for the summer.
Alison Ash, sales manager at Persona Homes, said: “Buyers have been pleasantly surprised by the size of our homes and the high specification fixtures and fittings that are offered as standard. Off-plan reservations have been really strong since we released our first houses and I’m excited to now welcome people into our beautifully designed show homes so they can experience them in person.”
As well as the two show homes, buyers can also look around the brand new marketing suite. Visits to the show homes and marketing suite are all currently available by appointment only. Find out more at www.yourpersonahome.com.

Avant Homes has opened two design-led show homes at its new £21.8million Lowry Park development. Located off Lowry Road and a stone’s throw away from the Seaburn seafront, the four-bedroom ‘Tidebridge’ and ‘Skybridge’ are open to buyers by appointment to view in person or via an exclusive video.
The ‘Tidebridge’ is a three-storey home with a double-fronted entrance. On the ground floor is an open-plan living space complete with bi-fold doors, on the first floor is a second relax space with three spacious bedrooms, and on the top floor is the master bedroom comprising roof windows for natural light and an en suite bathroom.
The ‘Skybridge’ boasts an integral garage and living space with bay windows to the front of the property with an open-plan kitchen and dining area to the rear overlooking bi-fold doors. Upstairs, the home includes four spacious bedrooms with an en suite in the master bedroom.
Avant Homes sales and marketing director, Christine Harrison, said: “Ahead of launching our Lowry Park development in Seaburn, we received a high level of interest from keen buyers looking to live in the area, so we’re very pleased to have unveiled our show homes allowing customers to see the Avant specification first-hand.”
The 82-home Lowry Park development forms part of the local authority’s Seafront Regeneration Strategy and currently has a mixture of homes available ranging in price from £249,995 for a three-bedroom semi-detached with parking spaces to £424,995 for a four-bedroom detached property with an integral garage.
