Latimer has announced it has completed construction at the 248-home NOMA development in north London...

Latimer, the development arm of Clarion Housing Group, has announced it has completed construction at NOMA, its striking copper-clad development, north of Maida Vale in the City of Westminster.

The 248-home scheme on Kilburn High Road includes 109 apartments for private sale and 139 affordable homes available via Westminster Council. All apartments have now been completed to a high standard, alongside its iconic copper façade and communal spaces.

NOMA has been designed to support the local community, with a variety of amenities including expansive landscaped communal gardens which make up more than 50% of the total site, and a community hub space to be enjoyed by residents of all ages.

The Latimer site also features a 12-hour concierge service and its own on-site, high-tech gym designed by Technogym fitness specialists, with private studio for PT sessions, yoga, or even urban massage, to facilitate easy living for all.

Construction on the 248 homes was completed recently and the first residents have already begun to move into their new homes.

Krete Luca, sales director for London at Latimer, said: “NOMA has been carefully designed to bring a unique offering to the London property market. With its beautiful copper cladding, luxury finish and all high-grade fittings and finishes included as standard, this is an excellent opportunity for buyers to purchase a Westminster home with excellent Zone Two transport links.

“At Latimer, we’re committed to supporting the long-term growth of communities which is why NOMA has been designed with its residents in mind. Over half the site is dedicated green space to offer a peaceful oasis in the middle of the city, and with its transparent pricing, we hope many buyers will be able to put down roots in the Maida Vale area who may have previously felt alienated from home ownership in London.”

Latimer aims to help tackle the housing crisis by increasing its pipeline of new build developments, with profits reinvested into building more affordable homes and supporting communities.

There are still two-, three- and four-bedroom flats available, starting at £765,000, so those wishing to become part of NOMA’s community still can.
