Shared Ownership Homes Launched In East London

L&Q has just unveiled a new collection of one-, two- and three-bedroom Shared Ownership homes at the major Beam Park development in Dagenham, east London.

The new selection starts from £81,250 for a 25% share (based on a full market value of £325,000). Homes here have generously sized kitchens, complete with modern fixtures and fittings, cabinets and worktops as well as fully integrated appliances including an oven, hob, fridge-freezer and dishwasher.
