New Phase Of Houses Coming Soon To Blackburn

As the housebuilder prepares to welcome the 125th homeowners to the popular development, Kingswood Homes has announced that a new phase of properties at its Green Hills development in Feniscowles, Blackburn will soon be under construction.

Phase 4a of Green Hills will feature 20 homes, to be built across 1.12 acres over the course of the next 12 months. As with previous phases, the homes have been designed by HemingwayDesign, which was co-founded by Blackburn-raised designer and architecture expert Wayne Hemingway MBE.

Among the properties under construction is a three-bedroom home being gifted to Derian House Children’s Hospice in the Great Big House Giveaway.
