At The Market Quarter, there’s a new release of bungalows which will be of special interest for buyers looking for ‘lateral living’, with the convenience and practicality of a single-storey home. The ‘Braddon’ has a thoroughly modern, double-fronted design, including things such as large windows to maximise natural life throughout, but also comes with a bonus of one of the bedrooms being upstairs, with an en suite, which is ideal for a private space for a housemate or guest. On the ground floor are the spacious lounge at the front of the property along with the first double bedroom opposite. At the end of the hallway are the open-plan kitchen/diner complete with double doors to the garden and to the rear of the home another double bedroom along with downstairs WC. Prices for the ‘Braddon’ have yet to be released.
At The Hollies, the detached ‘Byre 4’ show home is for sale for £389,995 and ready to move into, with flooring fitted throughout, window treatments and fitted wardrobes included in the price, as well as a landscaped garden. There’s an open-plan kitchen/diner/sitting room with double doors onto the rear garden as the heart of this home, with plenty of space to entertain or enjoy family time. A separate lounge has its own bi-fold doors opening onto the garden, providing the perfect place to relax. Bedroom one boasts not only an en suite but a dressing room as well. There’s plenty of space which is flexible for family, guests and home working with three further double bedrooms and a family bathroom. This house also comes with a private single garage and a driveway for two cars.
On Sunday 3 April at Green Hillls in Blackburn there is an Easter Egg Hunt, taking place in line with social distancing rules. Visitors are invited to try to find one of 30 eggs hidden on the development’s green. If they succeed they can pop to the sales suite to pick up a prize.
