New Scheme Launched At Lancashire Development

‘Shape Your Deal’ is a scheme available from Kingswood Homes at selected plots at its Lancashire developments.

Customers who reserve selected plots at one of Kingswood’s developments, Green Hills in Feniscowles, The Hawthorns in Elswick and Spinners Brook in Hoddlesden, will be able to choose a deal that works best for them via ‘Shape Your Deal’.

The housebuilder has previously offered to pay customer mortgages for 12 months on selected plots but the offer has now been extended and now includes paying a 3% deposit or £15,000 worth of extras.

Lesley Myers, sales director at Kingswood Homes, says: “When we launched the 12 months mortgage paid offer, while it was really well received and we did have customers take up the offer, we had other customers who it didn’t suit. People who, for example, will buy a home outright and have no mortgage. We wanted to give a choice to customers who reserve selected plots and that’s where Shape Your Deal comes in.”

Shape Your Deal reflects Kingswood’s ability to tailor homes and incentives to customer needs. Lesley continues: “Shape Your Deal is a follow on from Shape Your Home in the sense that we are offering customers flexibility to choose something that works best for them.”

The housebuilder’s revolutionary concept, Shape Your Home, puts customers in charge of the internal layout of their homes. They can choose from ground and first floor layouts to create a home that fits in with their lifestyle. They can choose to have open-plan living space, adding in a home office or playroom, and fewer but larger bedrooms.

There are a number of homes at Kingswood developments that are ready to be moved into and to which Shape Your Deal applies including the Scarisbrick 4 at Green Hills Homestead collection.

The detached four-bedroom home is priced at £353,995 and comes with £15,000 worth of extras including an upgraded kitchen with granite worktops, tiled flooring in the dining room and bathrooms and carpets throughout. Downstairs, this home has an open plan kitchen and dining area plus space for an additional seating area. There is a separate lounge and utility/WC. Upstairs, there are four double bedrooms, the main bedroom has its own en-suite and dressing area, plus a family bathroom.

At Spinners Brook, Shape Your Deal is available on the four-bedroom Forge 4.
