Two New Show Homes Opening At Feniscowles Development

Kingswood Homes is opening two new show homes at its Green Hill development in Feniscowles.

The new show homes at the development are a four-bedroom detached Weaver 4 and six-bedroom detached Farmhouse 6, which includes an annex, ready and waiting to be explored.

The homes have been professionally styled by DAPA Interiors, and showcase one of a number of floor plans that can be achieved through the housebuilder’s Shape Your Home. This concept puts the customer in charge of the space and rooms inside the home.

The Farmhouse 6 show home has a large kitchen, dining and family area across the back of the home plus a separate lounge. The annex in this particular home includes an ensuite bedroom, living room and its own kitchen. The home also benefits from a garage. Upstairs there are five double bedrooms, the main bedroom and second bedroom feature an en-suite plus a family bathroom.

With Shape Your Home, there are two variations for the Farmhouse 6 layout downstairs and four variations for upstairs.

The downstairs of the Weaver 4 show home prioritises family and has an open-plan kitchen, dining and family room plus a separate lounge. The Weaver 4 has three downstairs and upstairs layout variations through Shape Your Home.
