Kingswood earns coveted 5-star rating for fourth consecutive year

The Lancashire-based housebuilder has once again demonstrated its commitment to customer satisfaction, with an impressive percentage of homeowners confirming they would recommend Kingswood to a friend.

The HBF Customer Satisfaction Survey, established in 2006, awards homebuilders with a 'Star Rating' based on responses to the key question 'would you recommend your builder to a friend?' collected over a 12-month period. The coveted five-star rating is only awarded when more than 90% of customers would recommend the builder.
