Invitation To Discuss Assisted Move In Feniscowles This Weekend
Kingswood Homes is inviting house-hunters to come to its Green Hills development in Feniscowles, Blackburn this weekend to talk to its team about its Assisted Move incentive.
Buyers with an existing home to sell can use the scheme to take away the hassles of dealing with estate agents to purchase one of the three-, four- and five bedroom homes for sale there.
Assisted Move is a scheme intended to bring your property to market as quickly and professionally as possible, with the aim of helping sell the homes within six to eight weeks.
Kingswood Homes will organise an independent valuation of your current home and get all the information and high-quality photographs needed to successfully market your property for sale.
Once you have agreed a selling price for your current home, the housebuilder will instruct one of its carefully selected partners to market the property, and contribute towards the cost of the agent’s fees.
On Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 March, the sales centre at Green Hills will be open to visitors by appointment from 10.00am to 5.00pm both days.
Green Hills is taking shape as a new community of 185 new homes set around two village greens, situated on a Pennine hillside in Blackburn and with some lovely views of Lancashire countryside. When completed, there will be no fewer than 61 individual home types, designed by Wayne and Gerardine Hemingway, which have been inspired by the area’s traditional farmsteads and barns. There’s currently a variety of three-, four- and five-bedroom houses for sale here, priced from £229,950 to £317,950.
