‘Assisted Move’ Event At Feniscowles This Weekend

Recognising that many people looking to move to the popular Green Hills development in Feniscowles, near Blackburn, will have an existing property to sell, Kingswood Homes is offering to help them secure a buyer with its Assisted Move scheme, with a special event explaining it taking place on Saturday 12 February.

Scaling the property ladder and moving to a new home with views of the surrounding Lancashire hillsides could be easier than imagined for sellers. The event gives buyers who are selling a home the opportunity to speak to the Kingswood sales team and experts from New Home Solutions, who will guide customers through the process.

We’ll arrange for the customer’s home to be independently valued, arrange for it to be photographed and instruct one of our selected partners to market it an agreed price. In most cases customers sell in around six to eight weeks, leaving them free to buy a brand new home from us.”

Green Hills is a flagship development featuring 60-plus different house types, including those originally conceived by HemingwayDesign, the company co-founded by Wayne Hemingway.

Current availability includes the ‘Dovecote 4’ show home, a four-bedroom, three-storey property, priced from £329,995, plus a choice of three-, four- and five-bedroom homes. Prices are from £227,995 for a three-bedroom semi-detached ‘Weaver 3’, with a three-bedroom ‘Thresher’ bungalow type with “rooms in the roof” available from £299,995.

Once buyers have chosen their preferred house type, they can customise its internal layout using Kingswood’s innovative Shape Your Home concept and then make their specification choices including selecting the finish of the kitchen and the bathroom tiles, amongst other features.

“The beauty of Assisted Move is that it can be used by homeowners on any rung of the property ladder including those ready to downsize as well as families who need a more spacious home,” Lesley added. “There’s no correlation to the price of the property they’re selling or buying, plus we’ll even contribute towards the cost of the agent’s fees.”
