Offers On Some New Homes At Developer’s Scotland Schemes

Posted 12 May 2023 by Keith Osborne

There are offers worth thousands of pounds on selected plots at Keepmoat's developments in Scotland...

Keepmoat is a major national housebuilder that has a few live sites in Scotland right now, and there are selected plots that come with substantial offers to benefit their buyers, subject to terms and conditions.

On the outskirts of Glenrothes, Westwood Park is delivering two-, three- and four-bedroom new homes in a variety of terraced, semi-detached and detached styles, with three show houses demonstrating standard specification as well as options and upgrades for keen buyers to choose. The development is well located for transport links and, for families, some highly regarded schools. There are a couple of homes here which are offered with £1,000 cash back per month for six months. ‘The Culzean’, at £214,000, is a three-bedroom house with kitchen/diner and separate lounge with French doors to the garden. For a larger budget, this same offers comes with ‘The Balvenie’. From £279,000, this house type has lounge at the front, kitchen/dining room to the rear, en suite to bedroom one and a bathroom for the other three bedrooms to share. Coming soon, a three-storey ‘Roxburgh’ house type will be available with a 5% deposit contribution. Find out more about Westwood Park.

Coatsbrae is a development just 12 miles from the centre of Glasgow, in Paisley, an area well served by road and public transport links and good local shops and amenities. Of the choice of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes available, ‘The Fyvie’ is a three-bedroom house type priced at £232,500 on Plot 222. Off the hallway is a cloakroom, a dual-aspect lounge and a kitchen/dining with French doors to the garden. Upstairs are the bathroom and three bedrooms, one of which has en suite shower room. This plot has a £3,000 cash back offer at the moment. Find out more about Coatsbrae.

Bertramfarm is a development in Shotts, conveniently located for access to Edinburgh and Glasgow, and buyers will be able to choose from a variety of house types with two, three or four bedrooms. Prices currently start at £172,500 for the ready-to-move-into Plot 67, ‘The Balmoral’, but for a larger budget, buyers looking for a quick move could benefit from the £5,000 cashback offer on the semi-detached, three-bedroom ‘The Culzean’, priced from £189,000. Find out more about Bertramfarm.

The brand new apartments from Keepmoat at NorthBridge have been so popular that there’s only one left for sale now on the current phase and it comes with the offer of 5% deposit paid. It’s part of a wider £250million regeneration project for the City of Glasgow which complements the notable range of homes with brand new shops, public spaces, parks and tree-lined promenades, as well as a community campus, and an iconic garden bridge already opened, which means it’s just a 20-minute walk from the development to the city centre. This fourth floor one-bedroom apartment, called ‘The Argyle’, is priced at £183,000 and comes with flooring throughout and a gloss kitchen upgrade. The 5% deposit is worth £9,150.
