New Releases For Sale In Northfleet

Keepmoat Homes has released some more brand new apartments and houses for a range of budgets at Cable Wharf...

Keepmoat Homes has released a new collection of homes at its growing development, Cable Wharf, in the Kent town of Northfleet.

Part of the major plans for Ebbsfleet Garden City, this is a Thameside development in an area steeped in history but under regeneration for a host of brand new amenities to serve the array of new residents that the area is attracting. The nearby High Speed and National Rail connections to London have made it a popular choice for commuters as well as local house-hunters.

There are already properties to move into here, but the new releases mean that there’s everything from one-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom townhouses for property-seekers to consider. Selected plots are available with the Deposit Unlock scheme, which requires a 5% deposit and a 95% mortgage. Current homeowners can ask about Easymove and for someone not looking to move in immediately, the Showhome Leaseback initiative could be the right scheme to consider.

Among the new releases is ‘The Wye’, an apartment type with large bedroom, a bathroom, off-hallway storage, an open-plan living/kitchen/dining room and private balcony with views of the chalk cliffs. Available with Deposit Unlock, this starts at £250,000.

‘The Itchen’, from £330,000, is a larger apartment type, from £330,000 and also available to purchase through Deposit Unlock. Off the fitted kitchen/dining/living room is a private balcony with riverside views, and both bedrooms are comfortable doubles, with bedroom one having the bonus of en suite shower room. There’s also a bathroom and a useful storage cupboard off the hallway.

‘The Baronial’ could make the perfect family home, being a three-storey house in a contemporary design, with four bedrooms and an adjacent carport. With 1,356 sq ft of living space, it’s a very comfortable house type that has a lounge and separate kitchen/diner on the ground floor, along with cloakroom and understairs storage; the two double bedrooms and single bedroom on the first floor share the family bathroom; while the top floor is dedicated to the principal bedroom, which has an en suite shower room. This is another property available with Deposit Unlock, and priced from £540,000.

The marketing suite here is open seven days a week, from 10.00am to 5.00pm Thursday to Tuesday and from 12.00pm to 7.00pm on Wednesday. Find out more about Cable Wharf from Keepmoat Homes.
