Two Apartment Schemes Launch In Surrey

Posted 22 July 2021 by Keith Osborne

There are two new apartment schemes for Surrey buyers to consider, one in Weybridge, the other in Chertsey...

House-hunters seeking a brand new apartment in Surrey now have a great choice of possibilities, with the launch of developments in Weybridge and Chertsey.

John D Wood & Co is the sole agent for The Landmark, an exclusive, high-end development from Cleanslate, which offers 14 elegant two- and three-bedroom properties, all complete with private outside space.

Designed by award-winning architects, The Landmark was created as a statement building, the focal point of which is a stunning curved façade that gracefully follows the arc of the road. Each apartment is generously sized and includes underfloor heating, state-of-the-art soundproofing, private lift access, and a heat recovery system to provide clean, fresh, healthy air to individual apartments. Along with allocated secure underground parking, with access to electrical charging points.

James Burrows, head of new homes at John D Wood & Co, said: “We’re expecting a lot of interest in the penthouse with its generous, private wrap around terrace and fantastic views. We’re really excited to be working with Cleanslate on this high-quality, sustainable development.”

Prices start at £450,000 for a two-bedroom home and £845,000 for a three-bedroom home. Help to Buy is available on select apartments and there is a show apartment to view. Find out more at johndwood.co.uk.
