Affordable Homes Available At Gateshead Development
A selection of two- and three-bedroom homes have been constructed for affordable housing provider, Hellens Residential, as part of Homes by Esh’s Mount Park development in Gateshead.
The 11 homes will be released for sale at 70% of the market value, backed by the government’s Discount Market Sale scheme which aims to help people purchase their own home.
Mount Park is in Springwell Village, a countryside setting with excellent commuter links to the A1 and A19, just 10 minutes’ drive from Newcastle City Centre. The site features 75 homes which are set amongst 1.3 acres of publicly accessible green open space, complete with a children’s play area.
