House-hunters across the Home Counties on a modest budget can consider a first step to homeownership thanks to the Home Reach scheme which is available at developments across the region.

Buyers who meet the eligibility criteria, Home Reach have an opportunity to purchase a share of a new build home (usually starting at 50%) and pay a subsidised rent on the remainder, with housing provider heylo as the landlord.
