Lampton Parkside, the latest part of the Hounslow regeneration scheme, launches on Saturday 25 September...

Lampton Parkside, a landmark new development at the heart of Hounslow’s regeneration zone, is set to launch across the weekend of Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 September.

It forms the second phase of the ten-year Lampton Road scheme which has already begun rejuvenating Hounslow thanks to a brand-new carbon-neutral Civic Centre and 160 affordable homes. It will offer a selection of studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and duplexes, with a mix of 563 homes available for private sale through WhatHouse? Housebuilder of the Year Hill and 217 properties for affordable rent and Shared Ownership through housing association Notting Hill Genesis.

The development has been designed by award-winning architects Allies & Morrison. Landscaped podium courtyards sit above undercroft car parking, with electric car charging points and secure bicycle storage included. Every home comes with private outdoor space in the form of a balcony or terrace and residents benefit from a dedicated concierge service and gym. The buildings themselves feature subtle brick tones that complement the natural environment and in keeping with the local vernacular.

Lampton ParksideResidents will be four minutes’ walk from Hounslow Tube station, providing links into central London in just 30 minutes, whilst being able to enjoy Lampton Park’s 40 acres of open parkland right on the doorstep, with its play areas, green open spaces and landscaped areas. Hounslow town centre itself has seen recent transformation and boasts a range of quality restaurants, bars and shops.

Rebecca Littler, group sales and marketing director for Hill, commented: “Lampton Parkside is ideally located for buyers who are keen to place themselves in idyllic natural surroundings while enjoying the vibrancy and convenience of urban living. Currently undergoing an exciting program of regeneration, Hounslow is fast becoming a popular location for buyers - it has everything going for it to emerge as a major new west London destination, and Hill is thrilled to be delivering this landmark project.”

Jim Munson, head of marketing for Notting Hill Genesis, said: “We are thrilled to be part of this amazing project that will bring a new destination for Hounslow. This new collection of homes is sure to be popular with buyers seeking a high-quality lifestyle in scenic surroundings with fantastic transport links – and we have no doubt we will see Lampton Parkside generate strong levels of interest and continue our success in working with our partners to deliver a great place to live. We look forward to welcoming new residents to this growing and thriving community.”

Prices at Lampton Parkside start from £275,000 for a studio apartment.

A Guide To Part Buy Part Rent
With Home Reach you buy a share of your chosen newly built home and pay a monthly rent on the part you don’t buy. Your budget will decide the size of the share you buy, rather than the size of your home. So, you might decide to buy a bigger share of a lower priced home or a smaller share of a more expensive home.
