Help To Buy Event Taking Place In Cambridge
Hill, winner of Best Medium Housebuilder Silver at last year’s WhatHouse? Awards, is hosting a Help to Buy event at its Marleigh development in Cambridge on Saturday 15 August.
House-hunters are invited to attend to chat about how the government-back Help to Buy scheme can secure a new home at Marleigh, located off Newmarket Road, to the east of the city. There will be an independent financial advisor on hand to discuss how you can secure your new home with just a 5% deposit. Reserve your new home during the Help to Buy event and you will pay no Stamp Duty and to make your move even easier, Hill will pay your legal fees up to £2,000 plus give you £3,000 in John Lewis vouchers to help you furnish your new homes.
There’s a selection of new homes that qualify for Help to Buy. Two-bedroom coach houses start from £439,950 and three-bedroom houses from £524,950.
Marleigh is being brought to Cambridge by Hill in partnership with Marshall. As well as 1,300 new homes, in time there will be a two-form entry primary school, sports pitches, a community centre, a market square, as well as new cycle and walking routes, green open spaces, public parks, woodland walks and allotments gardens.
The sales and marketing suite is open daily from 10.00am to 5.30pm. While a pre-booked appointment is preferred, it is also possible to drop in at any time and the team we will do their best to accommodate you. All visits and viewings will observe government and industry guidelines. Social distancing of two metres will be observed at all times and the sales team will brief you in advance of your visit of the procedures in place. One alternative is a guided virtual tour or a video call to discuss the new homes there.
