Hayfield is now selling the show home at Hayfield Oaks, a fully bespoke-furnished, four-bedroom detached house...

WhatHouse? Award-winning housebuilder Hayfield has released its most prestigious home to date, the four-bedroom ‘Abbey’ show home at Hayfield Oaks, which comes complete with all the bespoke-made furniture and accessories and which has a price tag of £1.1million.

Just four of the luxury four- and five-bedroom houses are still available for sale at Hayfield Oaks, located in Woburn Sands, Buckinghamshire, despite the sought-after scheme only being open to public since the spring. The lavish show home, which features bespoke-made beds and wall panelling, has been designed by the multi award-winning team at Lifestyle Interiors.

The 'Abbey' at Hayfield OaksKelly Sharman, sales and marketing director at five-star housebuilder Hayfield, said: “We have had so many enquiries about this house already, but as it is the show home for the development, it has been kept off the price list. With over 90% of Hayfield Oaks now matched with buyers, we are delighted to be able to release it for sale. This is a unique opportunity for the eventual buyer to live in a beautiful new home that has been interior designed from top to bottom

“Less than half-a-mile away from the development is Woburn Sands train station and the array of independent coffee bars, restaurants, shops and leisure facilities that the historic town is so well known for. In addition to the prime location, it’s the grand setting of the Abbey’s sizeable plot – together with the overall quality and attention to detail – that make it such a desirable home.”

Located off Newport Road, the eight-acre Hayfield Oaks development is set amongst mature trees. The family homes have been designed around a central play area with enhanced hard landscaping, conservation-style block paving and an impressive feature entrance. A large interactive model enables interested parties to take a closer look at the development layout and various house designs. Prices start from £635,000, with Part Exchange available on selected homes.

The 'Abbey' at Hayfield OaksThe 2,240-sq-ft ‘Abbey’ home features an impressively spacious hallway, a well-proportioned dual-aspect living room, and a spectacular kitchen/diner. Bi-fold doors lead out onto the landscaped garden. The ground floor layout also incorporates a utility room, cloakroom and a double garage. Upstairs, the spectacular principal bedroom benefits from a designer en suite and a dressing room. The large second bedroom also has its own en suite, while a family bathroom is positioned next to bedrooms three and four. In addition, there is also a dedicated study situated off the glamorous landing, which features sound-reducing construction to create the ideal work from home environment.

Hayfield Oaks’ seven unique house designs are being constructed in red brick, with render features and part-tiled hanging elevations. Each bespoke kitchen includes a vast range of built-in Neff appliances, as well as an instant hot tap. All homes have underfloor heating throughout the ground floor, with the ‘Abbey’ also benefitting from electric underfloor heating to the upstairs Laufen bathrooms and en suites. Fitted wardrobes are installed into the principal and second bedrooms. The home also benefits from an alarm and Sonos sound system. Other details include Minoli ceramic tiles, heritage bronze ironmongery, Farrow & Ball paint and Ring doorbells.

Hayfield Oaks is open daily from 10.00am to 5.00pm. Find out more from Hayfield.
