Posted 16 March 2022 by Keith Osborne

Our Housebuilder of the Year, Hayfield, launches the final phase of Hayfield Oaks on Saturday 19 March...

A new phase of seven two- and three-bedroom houses featuring a zero-carbon ready specification will be launched to the market at Hayfield Oaks in Woburn Sands, Buckinghamshire, on Saturday 19 March.

With architecture inspired by the Arts and Crafts era, the new detached and semi-detached homes will be priced from £395,000.

Located off Newport Road, the new homes will create the final phase of Hayfield Oaks, which features a total of 65 luxury residences, set amongst mature trees. The spacious development has been designed around a central play area with enhanced hard landscaping, conservation-style block paving and an impressive feature entrance.

Kelly Sharman, sales and marketing director at WhatHouse? Housebuilder of the Year Hayfield, said: “We are so pleased to be able to deliver this final phase of Hayfield Oaks to the market, as all the private homes in the first phase had four or five bedrooms. We knew how much pent-up demand there was for high specification smaller homes in this prime location and were delighted to be given the green light for these additional homes from Milton Keynes Council.

“These seven new two- and three-bedroom properties will feature Hayfield’s zero-carbon ready specification, including air source heat pumps, electric vehicle fast-charging points, and energy-efficient underfloor heating. This will be complemented by luxury interior details such as built-in wardrobes, Farrow & Ball paint, Heritage bronze ironmongery and Ring doorbells. We are really looking forward to releasing these beautiful new homes for sale on Saturday 19 March and would urge all those interested to make quick contact with us.”

The first homes to be released in the new phase will include a two-bedroom ‘Lulsley’ house priced at £395,000, and three-bedroom ‘Fairford’ designs, priced from £480,000. Three-bedroom ‘Hawford’ homes will be released for sale at a later stage. The new homes will be ready to move into from the autumn. The final phase of Hayfield Oaks will be sold from the sister development, Hayfield Walk, located in the Buckinghamshire village of Hanslope, which is a 20-minute drive from Woburn Sands.

Hayfield Oaks’ unique house designs are constructed in red brick, with render features and part-tiled hanging elevations. Each bespoke kitchen includes a range of built-in Bosch appliances, Karndean flooring, and French doors leading to the private garden. The contemporary bathroom suites are by ROCA. All homes have underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. Built-in wardrobes are installed into the principal bedroom.

Woburn Sands’ quaint high street, quality amenities, excellent schooling and access to breathtaking countryside make the historic town one of the most desirable places to live in the region. Hayfield Oaks is only half-a-mile from Woburn Sands train station, which appeals to those wishing to travel for work or pleasure. By changing at Bletchley, it is possible to travel to London Euston in around one hour.
