Show Home Opens At EPC A-Rated Development In Hallow

WhatHouse? Award-winning housebuilder Hayfield has unveiled a new show home at Hayfield Grove, its first EPC A-rated development in the Worcestershire village of Hallow.

The five-bedroom, three-bathroom detached show home has been styled with a sumptuous décor, bespoke furniture and natural tones and textures, creating a striking and contemporary interior. Designed by award-winning Lifestyle Interiors, each room showcases a distinctive style that harmonises the perfect use of space and design. The principal bedroom features high ceilings and a partition wall with walk-in wardrobes and an en suite, resulting in a luxurious boutique hotel feel.

Hayfield Grove demonstrates how sustainable living does not mean buyers have to compromise on luxury, with homes at the development achieving the highest EPC rating. Only 2% of new builds achieve an ‘A’ rating, with a typical existing home averaging an EPC ‘D’ rating.  Hayfield’s commitment to decarbonising its homes has resulted in a zero-carbon ready specification which features solar PV panels, energy efficient underfloor heating, air source heat pump, electric vehicle fast charging points, increased insulation, and much more.
