Phase One of Signal Park consists of a range of one-, two- and three bedroom apartments, with prices starting from £87,500 for a 25% share (£350,000 full market value).
By purchasing a percentage of the property, typically between 25% and 75%, and renting the remainder from the property developer, Shared Ownership opens the door to people who might not otherwise be able to buy a home on the open market.
