First Plots Released At Catterick Scheme

Gleeson Homes has released for sale the first phase of homes at its new development in Catterick, releasing five plots for sale.

Prices at Leadmills Walk will start at £129,995 for a two-bedroom semi-detached home, with off-street parking and front and rear gardens. Two of these homes were reserved within hours of release. The government-backed Help to Buy: Equity Loan scheme, which is available to first-time buyers, will ensure that many of these homes are likely to cost less than local rent levels.

The development is close to Vimy Barracks and the housebuilder is working in partnership with Forces Property Direct, who help and support British military personnel in achieving homeownership. Gleeson Homes also has its Key Worker Priority Programme which gives all key workers priority access to sales releases and financial incentives in recognition of what they are doing throughout the pandemic crisis.
