Galliard Homes has launched a deluxe collection of show penthouse apartments curated by Olivia Alexandra Interior Design at its TCRW SOHO, a landmark residential-led regeneration project fronting onto Oxford Street.
TCRW SOHO comprises two main buildings which, together, deliver a choice of 81 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and 11 one-, two- and three-bedroom penthouses. Each building has its own entrance and hotel-style reception foyer, while residents will be serviced by a concierge service. Following the official sales launch, there has been very high buyer demand for the scheme, with the release of the final penthouse collection highly anticipated and just three penthouses now available.
Penthouse 504 is the largest home in the penthouse collection, a three-bedroom property providing 1,344 sq ft of living space. The design has taken inspiration from its setting, combining fun patterns and textures to represent the excitement of Soho, with a luxurious touch that symbolises the elegance of the West End.
This penthouse has a relaxing neutral colour scheme, with items such as the bespoke headboards in each bedroom. The main bedroom, which is complete with a large en suite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe/dressing room, is a bright and airy space with large floor-to-ceiling windows which open onto Juliet balconies across one side of the room.
The open-plan, dual-aspect reception room is a space in which to entertain, with views of the surrounding area. The room is separated into zones, including a kitchen space which boasts a generously sized breakfast bar, fully fitted veneer kitchen cabinets with quartz stone worktops and Miele integrated appliances. The living space includes a small dining area which sits beneath a showpiece light fixture and a living area complete with carefully curated, luxurious furnishings.
Penthouse 501 is a two-bedroom apartment complete with a separate study, totalling 964 sq ft of space. The design includes several on-trend features ideal for today’s buyer, such as a colourful gallery wall of prints by the entrance. The main bedroom has a cream boucle headboard which is set between two glass lamps suspended either side of the bed. The open-plan reception room which opens onto the balcony is separated into different living zones by careful furniture placement and includes a kitchen complete with breakfast bar, a dining area with statement gold hanging light fixtures and the living area with ambient, integral lighting to the ceiling recess. There is a warm neutral colour palette of creams and beiges with accents of blue, gold and brown throughout the home to create a sumptuous feel. This apartment, with its separate study space would be the perfect place to reside for a professional that needs the space to work from home, or even a creative who could use the space as a studio.
Penthouse 503 is a two-bedroom home providing 827 sq ft of living space, with an open-plan reception room perfect for entertaining. The main bedroom uses a colour palette of dark greens, beiges, creams with dark wood furniture, complete with an en suite and bespoke dressing room exuding that hotel-luxury feel, whilst the second bedroom utilises a monochrome colour palette with hints of deep red and gold. This show penthouse has already sold ahead of the dressed collection launching, with the buyer falling in love with the stylish lifestyle on offer.
The final penthouse in the collection, Penthouse 502, is a one-bedroom home has an elegant green and neutral colour scheme with accents of orange colours throughout, whilst wood finishes are offset with brass. This show penthouse has also been sold prior to the launch of the collection.
Of the main collection at TCRW Soho, the final 17 apartments remain. The design concept and specification for TCRW SOHO has been devised by internationally acclaimed interior designer Nicola Fontanella of Argent Design who has created some of the world’s most exclusive homes in London, Miami, Monaco and New York for clients including A-listers Madonna, Guy Ritchie and Naomi Campbell.
The Crossrail Interchange, directly below TCRW SOHO, offers access to the Northern and Central Underground lines and the Elizabeth line, which provides speedy journeys to Heathrow Airport (28 minutes), Bond Street (two minutes), City of Liverpool Street (five minutes), Canary Wharf (12 minutes) and Stratford (14 minutes).
Olivia Cartwright, head of design at Olivia Alexandra Interior Design, said: “Our brief for the collection of show penthouses was to create homes that combine the theatrical buzz of Soho with the effortless luxury and timeless design of the top West-End hotels to create a fun yet elegant home- from- home feel. We incorporated bespoke furniture throughout the apartments which have been designed in-house and manufactured by British makers”.
David Galman, sales director at Galliard, said: “TCRW SOHO provides world-class apartments in an unrivalled location at the top of Dean Street in the heart of London’s West End. Olivia Alexandra Interior Design has created a series of magnificent show apartments which each represent somewhere that residents can come home to and entertain in effortless luxury, and we hope that potential buyers will be inspired by their beautiful work.”
The two remaining penthouses from this collection at TCRW Soho are available for immediate occupation, with prices at £2.9million for Penthouse 501, and £4.5million for Penthouse 504. The remaining apartments in the scheme are available with prices starting from £1.2million. Find out more from Galliard Homes.
