First-Time Buyer Homes Launched In Buckinghamshire And Bedfordshire

Posted 17 June 2022 by Keith Osborne

Hayfield has launched a range of house types aimed at first-time buyers at two of its popular current developments...

WhatHouse? Housebuilder Of The Year Hayfield has unveiled a collection of two- and three-bedroom homes at Hayfield Walk in the Buckinghamshire village of Hanslope, and at Hayfield Park in the Bedfordshire village of Bromham. The zero carbon-ready homes are ideal for first- and second-time buyers.

At Hayfield Walk in Hanslope, two-bedroom ‘Olney’, ‘Bromham’ and ‘Stanton’ homes are priced from £345,000. Three-bedroom ‘Thornton’ homes are priced from £415,000 and will be available to move into from August. Help to Buy is available on selected homes, subject to eligibility.

Accessed off Castlethorpe Road within the Borough of Milton Keynes, the design of Hayfield Walk takes inspiration from the Arts and Crafts properties within the village of Hanslope. The spacious development incorporates landscaped public open space, public footpaths and a children’s play area. It is within easy walking distance of the range of amenities within Hanslope’s historic village centre and the Ofsted ‘Outstanding’-rated Primary School.

At Hayfield Park in Bromham, there are four types of three-bedroom house designs available to reserve off-plan. ‘Fairford’, ‘Hawford’, ‘Chacombe’ and ‘Avon’ homes benefit from pre-show home prices, which start from £455,000. Accessed off Stagsden Road, Hayfield Park is within easy reach of the range of amenities and schooling within Bromham, which is one of the larger villages within the area. Located only two miles away is Bedford railway station – a key hub for London commuters – which provides a 47-minute commuter service into London St Pancras.

Both premium Hayfield developments offer a greener way of living via air source heat pumps, energy-efficient underfloor heating, electric vehicle fast-charging points, 100% renewable energy, and ultra-fast broadband.

Shelley West, regional sales director for Housebuilder of the Year Hayfield said: “Our two- and three-bedroom properties enable those making their first steps onto or up the property ladder to invest in a beautiful home that oozes kerb appeal and timeless style. This collection of zero carbon-ready homes has been designed to cater for first time buyers who don’t want to compromise on quality. At both Hayfield Walk in Hanslope, and Hayfield Park in Bromham, there are a range of styles available at different price points. We would encourage all those who would like to know more to pay us a visit.”

Each two- and three-bedroom Hayfield home includes a range of built-in Bosch appliances in the kitchen, while the dedicated study or smallest bedroom features improved sound performance construction to create the ideal work from home environment. Other features include ROCA bathrooms, Minoli ceramic tiles, heritage bronze ironmongery, Farrow & Ball paint, and Ring doorbells.

Hayfield Walk has a show home which has been styled to articulate the versatility of Hayfield’s home designs open daily from 10.00am to 5.00pm. Multiple spaces to work, unwind and entertain feature throughout. A large interactive model of the scheme also enables interested parties to take a closer look at the site layout and various homes on offer.

The Hayfield Park sales lounge is located at nearby Hayfield Gate, at Haycock Gardens, Clifton, and is open seven days a week from 10.00am to 5.00pm.
