Show Apartment To Open At Popular Birmingham Scheme

The opening of the show home and marketing suite of Sheldon Court in the east of Birmingham takes place on Saturday 17 October, with appointment slots on the day already filling fast.

A development of 64 affordable studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments from Elevate Property GRoup is now over 40% sold just four weeks after the official release, with investors and especially first-time buyers showing keen interest.

Prices start at just £130,000 at Sheldon Court, which comprises of 54 one-bedroom apartments, with six two-bedroom apartments and four studio apartments. The apartments will also have 60 parking spaces, six of which will provide electric charging points for hybrid and electric vehicles. The building programme which is scheduled to complete by the end of January 2021 with the first buyers moving in February.
