Part Exchange Event This Weekend At Southport Development

The homebuilder is offering the gift of Part Exchange to help sellers become buyers and is hosting a special event this Saturday 14 October to explain how it works.

In simple terms, we act as a guaranteed cash buyer for the customer’s existing property, freeing them up to climb the housing ladder so that they can buy a new build home from us. There are no complicated chains or, worse, a chain that breaks. There are no last-minute haggles over the price either. Homes potentially available with Part Exchange and ready for the festive season include a three-bedroom detached Marford style property, priced from £284,995, and a choice of four-bedroom detached properties, priced from £307,995.
All of these properties include flooring throughout and turf to the rear garden. As an alternative to Part Exchange, selected homes at Balmoral Gardens are available with a 5% gifted deposit contribution.
Elan’s homes achieve a minimum Energy Performance Certificate rating of B, making them cheaper to run than most older properties. This also means they’re eligible for green mortgages from selected lenders.
