Off-Plan Homes Released In Poynton
Elan Homes is building 93 private sale properties across just 7.47 acres of a 20.45 acre site on Hazelbadge Road, and after interest from almost 2,000 people, Elan Homes has released homes for sale off-plan.
Due to the volume of enquiries, those who expressed an interest were invited to a VIP event to learn more about the Hazelfields development and be given an exclusive opportunity to reserve a home off-plan.
Elan regional sales director Marie Morris says: “Hundreds of people have enquired about our new homes in Poynton, indicating a need for quality housing in the area.
The range of properties being built belies the scale of the development as we’ll be offering a good mix of homes, perhaps more commonly seen on a much larger scheme. The initial release features five house types with four and five-bedroom detached homes available. They’re being built close to Lower Park Primary, making them a perfect choice for those with children. We’re working towards opening show homes soon, but due to the level of enquiries we’ve received, we’d encourage potential purchasers to make an appointment with the sales team now. They will be able to guide buyers through the individual floor plans and the wider development site plan to help match them with the home that’s right for them.”
Future phases will add a choice of one and two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom homes in semi-detached and detached designs, plus further four and five-bedroom properties. Show homes will be examples of the three-bedroom, three-storey detached Ashley Special, and four-bedroom detached Woodhall.
Marie adds: “One of the advantages of buying a new home before it’s built is that it offers the ability to make it your own from the start. Options available to buyers at Hazelfields include choosing the style of the kitchen, the finish of the bathroom tiles and a host of other options.”
Along with new homes, there will be lots of open space, including a play area, with trees retained at the centre of the development, along with a woodland on the boundary.
Prices in the initial release start from £614,995 for a four-bedroom detached Southwold or Brandon style property and range up to £834,995 for a five-bedroom detached Portland, and the first properties will be ready to move into in late summer/early autumn.
