More than a dozen homes are occupied, there are a number of people soon to move in, with others waiting for homes further on in the development’s build programme to be released for sale.
For those who can’t wait to move, there are two properties ready and waiting – the ‘Cheltenham’ show home with three ensuite bedrooms, and the three-bedroom detached ‘Stratford’. Both can be occupied as soon as the formalities are completed.

The ‘Cheltenham’ show home is available from £391,995.
