Mortgage Incentive Available At Lancashire Development

Elan Homes is offering to cover a year’s mortgage repayments on selected new homes at Whittingham Fold near Preston. Combined with a flooring package and turfed garden, the deal is worth around £18,000.

Selected three- and four-bedroom properties at Whittingham Fold in Goosnargh are eligible for the mortgage contribution scheme. Among them is the three-bedroom detached Marford with integral garage, priced from £294,995, including flooring and turfed gardens.
