New Show Home To Open In Morriston

With 150 homes occupied and a new show home opening, Edenstone Group is celebrating a double milestone in Morriston.

Edenstone Group sales director Adele McCoy said: “At Parc Ceirw we’re addressing a need for a range of housing options in Morriston and the wider Swansea area. The fact 150 homes are now occupied, which is half of all the properties planned across the new community, speaks volumes for our ability to deliver the homes people want and need. “People queued before the original Edenstone Homes show bungalow opened in spring 2020. For some time, we’ve had show homes available to view on the Bluebell Homes phase, but nothing to showcase the Edenstone designs. While that hasn’t deterred buyers, we’re looking forward to opening our new ‘Monmouth’ show home.”

The ‘Monmouth’ is a generously proportioned, double-fronted property designed for modern living. There’s a lounge at the front, with a dedicated study on the opposite side of the hallway.
