Limited-Time Offers On Wilmslow Homes

Keith OsborneFor reservations until the end of January, and ahead of a Part Exchange event in February, David Wilson Homes has a special offer on selected plots at its Stanneylands development in Wilmslow.
Already 80% sold, this has been a successful scheme but house-hunters still have a selection of three- and four-bedroom house types to consider and for a limited time on some of them, and subject to terms and conditions, the housebuilder is offering £10,000 towards your move.
One of the homes available through this special offer is the ‘Kennett’ on Plot 41, the last of its kind available at this development. This three-storey terraced house is priced at £460,000 and comes with a specification upgraded from the standard. The lounge at the front of the home has a bay window and leads to the kitchen/dining room, which has French doors to the rear garden. This floor also has a WC and some understairs storage. Upstairs, the first floor has two double bedrooms and the family bathroom, while the top floor is dedicated to the spacious principal bedroom, complete with en suite.
Also open to the limited-time offer is Plot 45, the ‘Formby’, which is an end-of-terrace, contemporary-design, three-floor house type with upgrades throughout, and priced from £510,000. Off the large hallway on the ground floor are the integral single garage, a cloakroom, a storage cupboard and the fitted kitchen/dining room, with French doors to the south-east-facing garden. On the first floor are a large lounge with double-door Juliet balcony, a double bedroom and the family bathroom. On the second floor, the master bedroom has en suite shower room and a private balcony, bedrooms three and four are a double and single respectively, and there is a dedicated study too.
It’s only a short drive to Wilmslow and Handforth, both of which have a good range of shops and amenities, and their own railway stations. With the M60 and M56 both under ten minutes away, longer-distance journeys are also easy to do. Manchester Airport is only a couple of miles away for domestic and international flights.
David Wilson Homes welcomes buyers asking about their Part Exchange and Movemaker schemes, both of which can save thousands of pounds in estate agent fees and a lot of the hassle of selling an existing property. There’s also a Deposit Unlock scheme available on selected plots, which requires just a 5% deposit on the new home.
There’s a Part Exchange event for house-hunters at Stanneylands on the weekend of 5/6 February. Find out more from David Wilson Homes.
