David Wilson Homes is hosting a Part Exchange event at The Fallows in Hednesford, Staffordshire on Saturday 19 March.

Homeowner house-hunters are invited to come to the development to see it first-hand and to discuss face-to-face the opportunity to Part Exchange a current home with a brand new one from the selection of three-, four- and five-bedroom houses coming to the site, located off Pye Green Road.

Part Exchange sees David Wilson Homes make an offer on your current home based on the valuations of independent estate agents. When a price is agreed, the housebuilder acts as a cash buyer, meaning that you avoid estate agency fees and can coordinate the buying contract so that you can move straight into your new home once complete.

Already 20% sold, The Fallows is attracting a range of homebuyers thanks to its location on the edge of the beautiful Cannock Chase countryside, and its diverse range of house types which are currently available for between £330,000 and £535,000.

The three-bedroom ‘Hadley’ on Plot 77 is a new release priced from £330,000. It’s a detached home that comes with a single garage and parking for two cars. There’s an open-plan kitchen/dining/family room with French doors to the south-facing garden. Off this room is a utility room and understairs storage. Also downstairs are a double-aspect lounge and a cloakroom. On the first floor are two double bedrooms (one with en suite), a sinle bedroom, a family bathroom and more useful storage cupboards.

The ’Bradgate’ is available under Part Exchange and this detached home with single garage and private parking for two vehicles is priced at £445,000. It comes with an upgraded kitchen/dining/family room with integrated appliances worth £4,000. This ‘hub’ of the home has a feature glazed bay that leads to the south-facing rear garden. Also on the ground floor are a utility room, cloakroom, living room and study. All four bedrooms are doubles: bedroom one has an en suite shower room and the others share the family bathroom.

The largest home at The Fallows right now is the ‘Emerson’ on Plot 96. This spacious three-storey home comes with a double garage and parking for four cars. The lounge and upgraded kitchen/family room both have French doors to the south-facing garden. There’s a separate dining room and a utility room. The family bathroom and three of the double bedrooms are on the first floor, with en suite and dressing area to bedroom one. Two more double bedrooms on the top floor share a shower room. Priced at £535,000, this home will be ready to move into next month.

Residents here can enjoy peaceful surroundings with Cannock's bustling town centre just a 10 minute drive from home. Hednesford train station is within walking distance while the A34 provides easy access to the M6 and M54 with links to Birmingham, Stafford and Telford.
