Sales Centre To Open In Penistone This Weekend

Located on Halifax Road, the development will bring 137 three- and four bedroom homes which will be ideal for a variety of house-hunters including first-time buyers looking to step onto the property ladder, and growing families in search of more space. The first properties available to reserve include the four-bedroom ‘Ingleby’, ‘Kirkdale’, ‘Bradgate’, ‘Holden’ and ‘Chelworth’ style homes.
Key workers in the South Yorkshire can also now receive a deposit contribution of up to £15,000 towards a new home thanks to David Wilson Homes’ new Key Worker Deposit Contribution scheme. Through this scheme, key workers will be entitled to a deposit contribution of £750 for every £25,000 spent, and can receive up to the value of £15,000. So, for example, when purchasing a £300,000 home, David Wilson Homes would contribute £9,000 towards the deposit.
