Offers Worth Thousands With Housebuilder Across East Anglia

Offers range from contributions to deposits and mortgage payments to low reservation fees and upgrades included – and there are also opportunities to use schemes such as Deposit Unlock and Part Exchange on selected plots.
Here are some of the offers (all subject to terms and conditions) on developments across Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex.
Norfolk
Cringleford Heights, near Norwich, has four-bedroom homes from £509,995, including the ‘Layton’ at £519,995, with £9,916 towards flooring and £26,000 towards mortgage, deposit or moving costs – a total of over £35,000. There are also several plots with the ‘Holden’ house type with offers over £34,000.

The ‘Avondale’
Suffolk
Abbots Green is Woolpit has three- four- and five-bedroom homes priced from £320,000. Already 70% sold out, there are some homes ready to move into including the ‘Avondale’ on Plot 36, from £499,995, which comes with upgrades to kitchen, appliances and flooring worth over £13,000.
Essex
David Wilson Homes hosts a Get Moving event at Mortimer Place is in Hatfield Peverel this weekend, Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 February. The ready-to-move-into five-bedroom detached ‘Newton’ is on the market from £777,995 comes with over £17,000 worth of upgrades and there’s a further saving of up to £39,000 on move costs available too.
