Local Interest Sees Homes Reserved At Tongham Development

Since its launch in mid-July, Kilners Grange in Tongham, Surrey has proven to be popular locally, with a number of new homes now sold or reserved.

Kilners Grange consists of  50 contemporary, energy-efficient three-, four- and five-bedroom homes delivered by David Wilson Southern Counties. Many of them are available through Help to Buy, and benefit from Stamp Duty exemptions thanks to recent changes made by the Chancellor.

The homes are currently available to reserve off-plan, with buyers offered a number of choices on their new home, such as kitchens and tiles. The housebuilder is also set to unveil a stylish four-bedroom show home in October.

David Wilson will contribute £488,415 through S106 agreement as agreed with Guildford Borough Council. The housebuilder is contributing towards the access management of Special Protection Areas, such as Thames Basin Health SPA, a highway contribution for the purpose of a Suitable Natural Greenspace. As part of this agreement, there will also be a selection of one-, two- and three-bedroom affordable homes in the Kilners Grange development available to rent or with Shared Ownership.

Kilners Grange has been commended the Build for Life award. The independent accreditation is a recognition for well-built new homes, neighbourhoods and communities. The quality mark check design elements including access for local facilities, parking, landscaping and traffic management.

Currently available at Kilners Grange is a collection of three-, four- and five-bedroom homes, with prices starting from £434,995 for a three-bedroom semi-detached home.
