Unveiling Of New Show Homes In Formby

Posted 25 May 2021 by Keith Osborne

Two new fully decorated and furnished four-bedroom houses are now available to view by appointment at Pinewood Park...

David Wilson Homes has unlocked the doors to its brand new show homes at Pinewood Park in Formby following a successful launch event recently.

Buyers considering a home at Pinewood Park can now explore the four-bedroom ‘Ingleby’ and four-bedroom ‘Bradgate’ show houses to gauge what is on offer when buying their new home at the Liverpool Road development.

The housebuilder unveiled them with an exclusive, appointment-only event recently, and in an effort to support the community and showcase local amenities, they put together goodie bags filled with items from Formby’s small businesses. The contents included cookies from Nana’s Kitchen, soaps from TigerMuffin Soaps, and sweet cones from Sweetiful. Visitors were also given house shaped seed papers that could be planted in their new gardens to provide food and habitats to local wildlife.

Philippa Stewart, head of sales at David Wilson Homes North West, said: “We are very pleased to welcome buyers into our show homes at Pinewood Park. Their open doors mean that visitors to the development have the opportunity to take a look around two of our popular house types and imagine themselves in what could be their future home.

“Visitors to site during our opening weekend received goodie bags filled with items from local businesses, and as the UK’s leading housebuilder, it is extremely important that we support the communities in which we build and encourage others to do the same.”

Pinewood Park is located in Formby, an area conserved by the National Trust. The local beach is a short distance away, offering coastal walks along the shoreline, whilst the Formby Beach Forest and Cabin Hill Nature Reserve provides more greenery for those that love to explore the outdoors.

Liverpool is easily accessible thanks to a number of excellent commuting links. Formby train station is a mile away, with regular trains into Liverpool’s city centre, and the nearby A565 gives easy access to Crosby beach, the city centre, and the Kingsway Tunnel for those commuting across the River Mersey.

The development is selling fast and currently has a number of three-bedroom homes available, with prices starting from £290,000. Find out more from David Wilson Homes.

Barratt Homes is also selling a range of homes at Pinewood Park, with a selection of two- and three-bedroom houses currently starting at £212,495.
