New Homes Unveiled In Beverley

David Wilson Homes Yorkshire East is celebrating the launch of its brand new development in Beverley this Saturday 20 March.

Located on Voase Way off Woodmansey Mile, phase one of Minster View will offer a collection of 27 three- and four-bedroom homes. Prices start from £305,000.

Beverley town centre is within walking distance of these new homes and offers a fantastic range of amenities such as independent shops, delis and cafes. Its close proximity to the 'Outstanding' Keldmarsh Primary School means the development is in a prime location for young families, but the range of house types will appeal to other house-hunters too.

As part of the developer’s approved plans for phase one, David Wilson Homes will contribute £325,050 to the enhancement of education, highways, and open spaces for the local community. Planning has also been granted for a second phase of the development, totalling a further 124 new homes. Construction is expected to begin this spring, with the first homes of the second phase set to be available to reserve later in the year.
