David Wilson Homes Yorkshire East has issued a final call to prospective buyers looking to secure one of the last few apartments and houses available at The Chocolate Works development in York.

Located on the edge of the city centre, The Chocolate Works is in an ideal location near York Racecourse, Rowntrees Park and within walking distance of the famous Bishopthorpe Road – also known locally as the ‘Notting Hill of the North’.

With over 90% of homes at the development now sold, there are now 14 apartments and 10 houses left for prospective buyers to secure a dream home.

The Chocolate Works is suitable for families, first-time buyers and professionals alike, with the housebuilder currently offering incentives on its final apartments including Stamp Duty paid worth up to £6,500, a free car parking space worth £10,000 and an additional package of quartz worktops and flooring.

Leonie Gilbertson, sales manager at The Chocolate Works, said: “The phenomenal sales success at The Chocolate Works is not surprising as the development is only a short distance from York city centre, with plenty of local amenities close by and a wonderful community feel. We strongly urge anybody interested in The Chocolate Works to visit our sales office and speak with one of our friendly sales advisers before it’s too late!”

Happy purchaser Andy Young said: “We had a really positive experience with David Wilson Homes when buying our two-bed apartment at The Chocolate Works. The sales team provided a first-class service from start to finish and we are so happy with the exceptional quality of the apartment. Thank you to all at David Wilson Homes who were so helpful throughout the whole process.”

Apartments and houses are available to purchase from £250,000 and £400,000 respectively. Find out more about The Chocolate Works from David Wilson Homes.
