Housebuilder To Host Leicestershire Buyer Events This Weekend

David Wilson Homes is inviting house-hunters to two events this weekend at its Leicestershire developments, in Lubbesthorpe and Wigston.

The events are free to the public and will take place on Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 July from 10.00am to 5.30pm on both days and they give homebuyers a chance to take a tour of the properties available and find out more about how they can save money and hassle when securing a new home.

At New Lubbesthorpe in Lubbesthorpe, off Tweed Street, the housebuilder is hosting an event exclusively for first-time buyers, who can receive mortgage advice from an expert financial adviser, and qualification on the day.

Here, visitors can also take tours of the development and find out more about the two-bedroom properties available, which include the ‘Burleigh’, ‘Wilford’ and ‘Ashdown’ style homes. Current prices for the two- to five-bedroom homes for sale range from £254,995 to £599,995.

Wigston Meadows

In Wigston, at Wigston Meadows on Newton Lane, the company is inviting property-hunters to its open house event where they can take a tour of the new homes it has available. The developer has a variety of ‘Holden’ and ‘Bradgate’ style homes on offer, as well as a ‘Layton’ property, which are all available with financial incentives and upgrades included. Three-, four- and five-bedroom homes range from £335,995 to £649,995 wright now.
